Bridge moulds

SEPA bridge mould system has been developed as an economical, fast and absolutely dimension accurate support construction for concrete casts-in-situ bridges and underpasses.

Nail plate mode support constructions are statically stiffer and protruding part deflections smaller than with the traditional, at the work site made constructions.

Far less wood is needed for nail plate constructions compared to the work site prepared support constructions. When this is combined with essentially shorter installation time, use of the SEPA bridge mould is more economical compared to the support constructions made at the work site.

Benefit to be obtained is pronounced especially in composite bridges.
