House frames

SEPA house frame is an economical solution for the load bearing frame construction of dwellings, holiday homes and sheds

Dimension accurate house frame which comprises both the floor, wall and roof, is easy and fast to erect. Frames are fastened to the base wood in the foundation either by nailing or fastening angles. Installation time for a frame is only ½ to 2 hours, depending on the size of the building. After this, the construction of walls and roof can be started.

SEPA house frames suitable for smaller houses can be selected from three stock sizes, which are by width 3,6 m, 4,2 m ja 4,8 m. For bigger buildings, like large summer houses, storage and office buildings, SEPA house frames are made to measure according to the measurements provided by the customer.
