Light structured slabType approved SEPA light structured slab has been developed for the floor and roof construction of one family houses.  The ingenious composite construction of SEPA light structured slab gives more possibilities compared to wood construction floor. Its advantage are, amongst others, longer spans, good noise insulation properties and stiff, anti-squeaking construction. Composite construction enables making of partitioning constructions, and humid spaces can be designed on top of light structured slab without limitations. Floor heating is suitable for heating mode and surface alternatives are almost limitless.
Construction of SEPA light structured slab enables even over 1.5 times longer spans compared to wooden constructions. In demanding foundations the light structured slab gives an excellent supporting construction for the floor. Long spans are possible as the construction is a composite of wooden beams and concrete. The stiffness of SEPA light structured slab is 5 to 10 times higher compared to wooden constructions. Stiffness is created by the increase of acting height and the stiffness of the concrete surface level. Light structured slab decreases significantly the sound and vibration inconveniences even in light floors and roofs. Concrete increase the weight of the slab and thus its ability to absorb sound increases. Delivery includes massive wooden beams equipped with special nail plates, sheet metal sheets, supporting laths and installation iron. SEPA light structured slab is a Ministry of Environment approved product (Dno: YM102/6221/2004). For an offer we need the base plan of the building and information of the supporting walls.
