Scissors truss

Due to the inclined bottom chord there is more usable room.  

Scissors trusses can be used for example in one family houses and machine shelters. Maximum width of a truss bottom chord is 20 meters.

Recommendation for the scissors trusses bottom chord inclination is:

Support division c/c 900 mm
Rafter: 1 : 4 => bottom chord 1 : 7
Rafter: 1 : 3 => bottom chord 1 : 6
Rafter: 1 : 2.5 => bottom chord 1 : 5
Rafter: 1 : 2 => bottom chord 1 : 4

Support division c/c1200 mm

Rafter: 1 : 4 => bottom chord 1 : 9
Rafter: 1 : 3 => bottom chord 1 : 8
Rafter: 1 : 2.5 => bottom chord 1 : 7
Rafter: 1 : 2 => bottom chord 1 : 6
