House Frames

The SEPA house frames are an affordable solution as a loadbearing frame structure for residential buildings as well as holiday homes and outbuildings.

The dimensionally accurate house frame consisting of a floor, wall and roof is easy and quick to erect. The frames are fastened to a strongback in the foundation either by nailing or with fastening angles.

The SEPA house frames are suitable for small buildings, and there are three stock widths to choose from: 3.6 m, 4.2 m and 4.8 m. If needed, SEPA house frames can also be made in larger sizes.
