The operation concept of Sepa Oy is to design, manufacture and deliver nail-plate trusses. Our goal is to be Finland’s leading manufacturer of nail-plate structures. In order to reach our goal, we are constantly improving our processes, especially our proficiency in providing service.

The prerequisites for reaching our quality goals include customer-centredness, reliability of operations, a high level of know-how and product quality as well as innovativeness.

Our goal with regard to the environment is to cause a minimal negative impact on the environment, which we aim to attain by active monitoring of our environmental impact and taking any required action. By optimising the use of raw materials and energy, we strive to protect natural resources. We expect our cooperation partners to show equivalent environmental responsibility. The focal points of our company’s HR policy include cooperation, awareness of quality and the environment as well as expertise and know-how. Engagement of our personnel is based on acting consistently in line with the company’s values and its strategy.

In our operations, we comply with all current laws and regulations as well as any provisions based on them.

To ensure quality and operational performance, we rely on the guidance of a quality management system conforming to the SFS-EN ISO 9001 standard, and an environmental management system conforming to the SFS-EN ISO 14001 standard. On a national scale in Finland, the products and operational functionality are monitored in inspections conducted by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy, evidenced by the fact that all SEPA products have been accredited with the CE mark.
